One of our business aims is to develop a highly skilled, motivated and satisfied workforce. To ensure excellent service we provide:

  • On the job mentoring
  • Shadowing
  • Staffs training needs are identified through their regular one-2-one meetings with their managers.
  • Barnet Homes often holds training sessions with our contractor partners to ensure we are delivering a cohesive service.
  • Asset management have a development and training schedule. These are held on Wednesday mornings and vary from team building exercises, equalities and diversity training, resident involvement training to developing the implementation of the Barnet Homes culture and business aims.
