Home Ownership Services is responsible for the leasehold management of over 3,500 leasehold properties and nearly 300 freeholders on the Grahame Park Estate.

These are homes that were originally purchased under the right to buy scheme and the council has remained the freeholder providing services to blocks and estates.

We calculate and collect service charges, respond to enquiries from homeowners and deal with solicitors' enquiries on re-sales.
